True Love

Once upon a time, I stumbled on this random video. It shows up on my YouTube home page. In this video, a monk shares wisdom about true love. He tells the difference between love and attachment. He also gives examples that compare acts of love or just attachment. He talks about universal love that I think it's not limited to a religion. So, anyone can watch it.

From this video, I am keeping this in mind:

I want you to be happy even if it is not with me

It means I want the person to be happy with me. But if it is not with me, I will still wish the person happiness. Letting go doesn't mean the person is not worth fighting for; it's rather respecting the person's will.

I think true love is beautiful and brings peace to the soul😊
